Directions

Villa Cigolotti is settled in a green countryside area of Northeast of Italy, equally distant from Venice, Trieste and the Austrian border.

By Car

Coming from the Austrian border (120km):

In Tarvisio take the highway A23 – E55 and follow for 72km until the crossroad for Gemona del Friuli.
Take driveway Sp 49 to Osoppo and here change to driveway Ss 463 in direction San Daniele del Friuli.
Keeep on Ss 463 to Dignano and then follow direction to Spilimbergo, you will cross the bridge on Tagliamento River.
In Spilimbergo follow the directions to Vivaro and reach the villqge of Basaldella.

Coming from Venice (110km):

Take the highway A27 in direction north Treviso – Conegliano. In Conegliano switch to highway A28 going east in direction Pordenone.
Get out at the exit Cimpello and take the driveway Sr 177 direction Sequals. Get out at the exit Spilimbergo – Tauriano and follow the signals for Basaldella. You will cross the bridge on the river and afterwards turn right following again the signals for Basaldella.

From Trieste (106km) and Udine (43km):

From Trieste take the highway E70 to Palmanova, and then follow A23 to Udine. Exit in Udine-Nord and take driveway Ss 464 for Spilimbergo.
In Spilimbergo follow the signs for Vivaro and reach the bourg of Basaldella.

By Plane

The closest airports are Treviso “Antonio Canova International Airport” that serves European flights and Venice “Marco Polo” that serves continental and intercontinental flights.
From both airports, you can rent a car or pick a taxi that will take you to Villa Cigolotti in one hour and a half (from Venice) or one hour (from Treviso).

By Train

The closest train station is Pordenone, served by the Italian railway service line VENICE-UDINE-TRIESTE. Outside the station, you will find taxicabs that will take you to Villa Cigolotti in a twenty minutes ride.
